Sanbernabé Tres, located at Cerrada San Bernabé 3, Pastita, 36090 Guanajuato, Gto., México, is responsible for the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its applicable regulations.

Data we collect

Identification and contact details (name, phone and email) and details of your stay (dates, number of guests, preferred suite and whether you travel with a pet). If you book online, the booking platform also collects the data needed to process your payment. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

How we use it

To handle your requests and bookings, manage your stay, contact you before, during and after your visit, and comply with legal and tax obligations. We will only send you hotel news or offers with your consent, and you may opt out at any time by writing to us.

Who we share it with

With the providers that help us deliver the service on our behalf: the booking platform (Vistomio) and payment gateways, and WhatsApp when you choose to contact us that way. Also with authorities when required by law. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its processing (ARCO rights) and withdraw your consent by writing to us through the contact form. Please include your name, how we should reply, an ID and a clear description of your request. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Some features —such as the booking engine or the map, which only loads if you ask for it— may use technical storage that is strictly necessary for them to work.
